Assessment Centre Information
Successful applicants will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre at our Christchurch site on Waterloo Road, Islington.
Date: Wednesday 12 August at 2:00pm
The assessment centre will include:
- A short interview
- Completion of a competency assessment

About the Role
As a Casual Store Person, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, scanned, and processed accurately and efficiently.
Working as part of a supportive warehouse team, you'll help keep products moving safely and on time during our peak season.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and scanning customer orders accurately
- Sorting, moving, and handling products
- Loading and unloading stock when required
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets

You'll Bring
- A strong commitment to Health & Safety
- Good numeracy and attention to detail
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move products safely
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Bonus Points If You Have
- MHE experience
- A current Forklift Licence and OSH Certificate
