Warehouse Supervisor - Tahi & Rua
We have three exciting internal Warehouse Supervisor opportunities available across our operations, with two roles in Tahi and one role in Rua.

About the Roles
We currently have three Warehouse Supervisor opportunities available:
- Tahi PM Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm to 11:00pm
- Tahi Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Rua PM Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00pm to 6:00am
These are permanent, full-time positions, working 42.5 hours per week. Occasional weekend work may be required to support operational requirements.
Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. This includes leading and motivating your team, fostering a safe and productive work environment, and ensuring warehouse processes are carried out efficiently and effectively to meet operational objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety requirements
- Supporting training and upskilling across the team
- Ensuring equipment is used correctly and maintained
- Maintaining compliance with MPI standards and processes
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
This opportunity is best suited to someone who already understands 3PL warehousing and logistics and is ready to step into a leadership role.
You'll bring:
- The ability to work independently and take initiative
- Physical capability to perform hands-on warehouse tasks and operate MHE
- Sound knowledge of MPI requirements and procedures
- Confidence using multiple systems and learning new tools
- Strong communication skills and a supportive leadership style
- MPI-approved AP licence and Forklift OSH certification
- First Aid Certificate (highly desirable)
